Transcript Requests for Other Institutions

UWA will request your transcripts for you and will pay the transcript fees.  If you have already requested your transcript(s) and paid the transcript fees, we will not be able to reimburse you for the fees you paid.

Complete the Transcript Request Form and fax to the Registrar's Office at (205) 652-3522.

You must complete one form for each institution that you have attended.

The following institutions do not accept faxed transcript requests from UWA.  Please make arrangements to have your transcript sent to UWA.
  • Adelphi University (no faxed credit card information)
  • Alabama A & M University
  • Auburn University
  • Bethune-Cookman College (no credit cards accepted)
  • Baldwin Wallace College
  • Brooklyn College (no credit cards accepted)
  • Drexel University
  • Florida A & M University
  • Florida Atlantic University
  • Mary Holmes College (no credit cards accepted)
  • Mississippi Valley State (no credit cards or personal checks accepted)
  • Mississippi Delta (no faxed credit cards)
  • Quinnipiac College
  • St. Augustine College
  • Shorter College
  • Southern Illinois (no faxed credit cards)
  • Triton College (no credit card or faxes)
  • Troy University (no credit cards)
  • Winston Salem State
